This Tumblr is primarily a feed of my work for The Fly, where I am a staff writer, Drowned In Sound and The 405. My day job is as a reporter for the Dewsbury Reporter and Mirfield Reporter.

I have previously worked for Exposed and The Star in Sheffield, and at the Edinburgh Festivals for ThreeWeeks. As a student I was arts editor of Forge Press.

Splashh interview for The Fly, August 2012

“The internet is such an important factor these days, you have to be quite clever and I guess that’s what led to the double letter thing,” explains Splashh guitarist Toto Vivian. “We didn’t want to get sued either,” says frontman Sasha Carlson, which seems reasonable.
