Jay-Z and Kanye West @ Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield, 21/6/2012 for The Fly

We’re more used to slumming it in dingy bars, watching middle class boys with guitars trying to convince us they’re ‘The Next Big Thing’. It’s not every day we get to see, not one, but two of the world’s few genuine rap superstars perform on top of giant cuboid video screens that emerge from the floor of Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena. For that reason, seeing Jay-Z and Kanye West’s ‘Watch The Throne’ tour is quite a treat.
